Whether it be that one\ndefining moment of success or clarity, the years of training for a particular\ncareer, family relationships, or even dark moments like depression or trauma.\nThe list goes on and you get the idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we see ourselves as a byproduct of\nour environment, our personal experiences, our relationships, struggles, and triumphs,\nour identity becomes dependent on what is temporary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have greater hope than all the things we see, hear, experience, and suffer through. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lord tells us that we are not a\nbyproduct. We are created for God&#8217;s glory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">&#8220;But now, this is what the&nbsp;Lord&nbsp;says\u2014<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;he who created&nbsp;you,\nJacob,<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;he who formed&nbsp;you,\nIsrael:<br>\n\u201cDo not fear, for I have redeemed&nbsp;you;<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I have summoned you\nby name;&nbsp;you are mine.<br>\nWhen you pass through the waters,<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I will be with you;<br>\nand when you pass through the rivers,<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;they will not sweep\nover you.<br>\nWhen you walk through the fire,<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;you will not be\nburned;<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;the flames will not\nset you ablaze.<br>\nFor I am the&nbsp;Lord&nbsp;your God,<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;the Holy One&nbsp;of\nIsrael, your Savior;<br>\nI give Egypt&nbsp;for your ransom,<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cush&nbsp;and Seba&nbsp;in\nyour stead.<br>\nSince you are precious and honored&nbsp;in my sight,<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and because I love&nbsp;you,<br>\nI will give people in exchange for you,<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;nations in exchange\nfor your life.<br>\nDo not be afraid,&nbsp;for I am with you;<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I will bring your\nchildren&nbsp;from the east<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and gather&nbsp;you\nfrom the west.<br>\nI will say to the north, \u2018Give them up!\u2019<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and to the south,&nbsp;\u2018Do\nnot hold them back.\u2019<br>\nBring my sons from afar<br>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and my daughters&nbsp;from\nthe ends of the earth\u2014<br>\n<em>everyone who\nis called by my name,<\/em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><em>whom I created&nbsp;for my glory,<\/em><em><br>\n<\/em><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><em>whom I formed and made<\/em>.\u201d&#8221;\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">&#8211; Isaiah 43:1-7 (NIV), emphasis mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think it&#8217;s time. Let&#8217;s give all the\nbyproducts of who we are to Him. My prayer is that you will make this hope and\nprayer yours: &#8220;Lord, all that I am, all that I have, all that I will be, use\nit all to bring You glory. I am Yours.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He will use all things &#8211; good, ugly, and\nthe bad &#8211; in you, in your life, from your past, in your present, and throughout\nyour future for His glory.
